• You must attach your CV supported by the certificates you have obtained
• Care must be taken carefully when registering your name
• Choose the method of obtaining your license (your certificate and identification card)
• Cumulative experience rate / lectures in person / via distance education
• Send your CV supported by the experiences and courses you have obtained
• A response with approval or rejection will be made within a maximum period of 4 working days
• After approval and payment of fees, accreditation certificates/acceptance letters will be issued and sent by email to you

Conditions that must be met by candidates

• Cumulative experience rate
• The candidate must have sufficient specialized courses
• Fill out the designated reservation form below
• Attach qualifying certificates to your CV
• A letter of encouragement from the entity where the candidate works
• Preparation lectures in person/distance education
